EMOSHPIT - THE RAGE RELEASE RAVE. Explore the Yin and Yang of emotional release through sharing circles followed by a high-energy facilitated dance practice. Open to all genders, it’s an inclusive space to find within ourselves the courage to absolutely let go through dance and vocal/physical self-expression, the light and the dark, all of you is welcome...

Men's and mixed sharing circles are transformative spaces where individuals come together to share personal experiences, foster deep connections, and support one another in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Vulnerability In The City is a radio talk show encouraging the conversation around vulnerability in life and relationships to help redefine it to be seen as the strength that it is. We open up, perhaps difficult, conversations and offer tools to help navigate our emotions with guest speakers chatting about how vulnerability has transformed their lives and the impact it has had.
