If you’re here, then something brought you to this point. Rest assured you’re in the right place and, in time, you’ll understand it’s no accident you’re here.
But what about me, who am I? And how did I get to the point of living a soul-led life, being able to express myself with healthy boundaries and having a life, relationship and career that I absolutely love?
My journey hasn’t always been smooth. For years, I juggled a high-flying career as a management consultant with a wild social life, all while battling anxiety. It was a rollercoaster of client meetings, presentations, and epic party weekends followed by mid-week meltdowns. I learned the hard way—running from anxiety only fuels it.
Fast forward to now, and I've flipped the script. Now, I know the vulnerability feeling associated with anxiety is a guide, signalling when something's out of sync in life and, therefore, a direction to follow. There's a deep, deep wisdom in it. Through my journey, I've crafted a method and toolbox for unlocking that wisdom and having healthy boundaries to confidently navigate and embrace change - the only part of life that’s constant.
The thing that makes me tick most is realising potential, mine and other people’s. And I know the wisdom in vulnerability is the key to that happening. It really is the catalyst to our freedom.
I’m fascinated by the human experience and making it feel as free as possible and how understanding the physics of the universe and the energy of our emotions is what makes that freedom possible. Yes, I’m a philosophy, psychology and physics geek. I read it mostly in the bath. I love a chat about all that stuff and questions (and let’s be honest situations) that push the edge of my comfort zone and make me feel vulnerable because I know that’s where the growth is and, ultimately, how we find alignment to the life that’s meant for us.
I live in Tottenham, London and I'm passionate about dancing, martial arts, meditation, and tattoos and the cinema is where I switch off. I'm driven by vulnerability and the healing it brings towards living a soul-led life. It’s central to my existence. That’s why people started calling me The Vulnerability Guy (cos I kept bangin’ on about it), why I coach and why I founded
Plight Club clothing. As Alan Watts did, I know the insecurity found in vulnerability is a signal to help with our evolution.

It's taken me over a decade to figure it out, the good news is, you don't have to do that. I'll save you a lot of time and pain by guiding you through it as a team, shoulder-to-shoulder.
Let's grab a coffee (in person or on Zoom) and chat. It's on the house, and it's just 30 minutes of our time.
