True change begins by bringing awareness to your current patterns, shaped by past experiences, societal expectations, and unconscious beliefs. Only once you've cleared the clutter from your shadow can you begin to rewire with intention.

Layering new practices on top of a chaotic inner world won’t help — it’ll only add to the noise. Start slowly. Integrate intentionally.

Toward the end of your journey, you'll be well placed to dig deeper into how you show up in the world. We'll have already been doing shadow work and now you have more capacity to hold the energy of your emotions it's time to actively create discomfort for yourself. LIFE DIAGNOSTIC / VISION SETTING.

For the universe to provide the life that's meant for you it's wise to take stock of life as it is and create a vision for what it could be. Imagine walking into a bank and asking for some money... what would they ask you? "How much?" right? The same applies to the universe - to get what we want we need to ask for it.

I AM... STATEMENTS

Our internal reality creates our external reality. So we MUST bring our attention to how we think and talk and change it. Repetition is key. Repeat these as often as you can. In the shower, when shopping, meditating, whenever you remember.

DAILY AFFIRMATIONS

Toward the end of your journey, you'll be well placed to start affirming how you show up in the world. Now you have more capacity to have a cleare mind, therefore there's space to start the self programming using affirmations. Feel free to use any that find you and resonate - follow your instincts. IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOT START SAYING THESE TOO SOON (If we are noisy in our heads, adding more will just add to the noise). TIP: Print these, frame them and put them in your bathroom - read as often as you can aloud. Whilst brushing teeth is a good time.
