1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Adam Slawson Mentoring (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a call, purchasing a service, or engaging in any programme, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide:

1:1 mentoring

group mentoring programmes

short-term programmes (e.g. 14-day, 90-day containers)

events, workshops, and experiences

All services are designed for personal development and are not therapy, medical, or clinical services.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old
you are legally capable of entering into an agreement
you take full responsibility for your decisions and actions

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official channels.

Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved providers. You agree to:

pay all fees in full and on time
provide accurate billing information
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of mentoring and digital programmes:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

For sessions:

cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice
missed sessions may be forfeited

We reserve the right to make reasonable scheduling changes where necessary.

6. Client Responsibility

Mentoring is a collaborative process. You agree that:

results depend on your participation and commitment

you are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

we are not liable for any decisions you make based on mentoring

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including:

financial outcomes

relationship outcomes

personal transformation

All testimonials and examples are illustrative, not promises.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

Any personal information shared during mentoring will be treated confidentially unless:

required by law
there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including:

videos

materials

frameworks

exercises

remains the intellectual property of Adam Slawson Mentoring.

You may not:

reproduce
distribute
share or resell

without written permission.

10. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any client from a programme without refund if they:

behave in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner

breach these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

12. Technology & Access

We are not responsible for:

technical issues outside our control

interruptions to platforms such as GoHighLevel

You are responsible for ensuring you can access sessions and materials.

13. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Services

We may:

update or modify programmes
adjust content or delivery

where necessary to improve the service.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

payments are not made

terms are breached

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
